Recent Clubs
December X-Mas Club
A good turnout enjoyed the lovely buffet. There were Selection Boxes for younger members
and free cans for the adults!
January Meeting
A large turn out, which is a good indication that word is getting around about our move to the new
premises. As always, it was fantastic to see so many newcomers. Hopfully we can keep these high attendance figures and
hopefullly the Club will go from strength to strength.
Feb Meeting
Another good turn out which is a good sign for the year to come. There were a great many puppies in attendance tonight
which is good not just for the Club, but for the breed in general.
March Meeting.
A good turnout tonight and once again this must be good for the breed in general aswell as the club.
April Meeting
A small turnout tonight although nice to see some newcomers from last month on their second visit. As the weather was
fine the Cub began the night outside for some basic ring training, but the temperatures soon decided that the rest of the
night would be spent inside. The match was judged by Mark Davies. See you all next month.
May Disappointing at attendance tonight mainly
owing to the fact that the third Thursday has come so quickly in the month. Those of us who were there enjoyed the usual friendly
atmosphere and good humour. Again tonight we decided to take advantage of the warm weather to practise with the dogs, on the
grass at the front. Mr Scott Lewis judged the match.
June Meeting The club was moved forward a day to allow members to travel to the championship show in Blackpool. Taking into account
that all members were not reached in time to inform them of this change the turn out was reasonable. The club once again took
advantage of the grass outside the venue to begin the instructing. Tonight match was judged by Mr Steve Tooze
July
Another good training night with a reasonable turnout. I amazes me the fantastic atmosphere we have every month. keep it
up!
Aug
Another typically friendly and welcoming night was enjoyed by the newcomers. It is always pleasing to see new members
who are owning their first Stafford and are finding the joys of this wonderful breed.
Sept
A good night enjoyed by all with a noticable improvement in the newcomers by the end of the night.
Oct
Tonight saw a good turn out. with many newcomers.
Nov
The last meeting of the year. The club would like to wish members old and new a merry xmas and a happy new year
